As at least 2/3 screencasts are complete, what are your current thoughts?

I think this whole experinece was really cool, especially this last part with subtitles.
Now I can make my own subtitles /for movies obtained from unknown source/! :shade:

And perhaps write a how to somewhere to share your newly gained knowledge ?

Seriously, what programme did you use in the end to do the subtitles?

As LinuxIsInnovation wrote I used Subtitle Composer to make Subtitles and then I used mencoder to "hard code" the subtitles on the video.
