I gather you are referring to Strigi. It's tray icon is provided by the Strigi daemon, which performs background indexing, storing the data in Nepomuk. The tray icon is provided to allow you to have some information on the indexing process, and have some control over it.
It is not possible to remove it, but you should be able to hide the icon, by using the System Tray settings.

Oh. I received small message when KDE 4.5 is starting. This message looks like: Akanodi couldn't contact with strigi. I also receive message such like: there's no stigi backend for nepomuk.

Does it make any references to Virtuoso? As far as I know, Akonadi uses Nepomuk but not Strigi.
