Fedora 15 Beta: Language change unavailable

I downloaded fedora 15 beta 17 days before its release. It is using KDE 4.6.1, but when I wanted to change the language in the "system settings" (from kickoff), I got nothing after clicking on it and inputing the root password.

Can you please provide a screenshot? The KDE Language is not set at the system wide level, so this could be a Fedora specific change...
