Look at systemsettings -> Shortcuts and Gestures.

how i increase size of desktop shortcuts on desktop
Systemsettings -> Application Appearance -> Icons -> Advanced -> Desktop -> Size

how i increase size of icon on taskbar (like windows 7 or unity dash)
Make the panel higher, or try changing the icon size for "Panel" as for the previous point

what is activity menu (1 right from start buton) how can this help me with pc?
Read this: http://userbase.kde.org/Plasma#Activities

systemsettings -> Application Appearance -> Fonts, make sure "Antialiasing" is enabled, and try a different font maybe?

Greetings,

re: ati 5870 - I'd suggest looking at which drivers you have installed and make sure you're using the binary one from the restricted repo https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BinaryDriverHowto/ATI

i try to search in google and i did some tricks like antialiasing and subpixel seting etc (also custom user.js in firefox because it look **** there too)
but still it look like someone draw it in mspaint it look like horseass sorry for bad language but how is that possible
how i can install gnome font render machine+?

there is no way of geting windows 7 like taskbar in kde?

for ati - follow link provided in previous post, or if not understandable start a new thread in the relevant forum

for fonts did you logout and then back in? try this http://askubuntu.com/questions/169666/f ... 0x900?rq=1

The font in shot the is antialiased.

-> what application is that (firefox?!)
-> can you provide a shot of what you actually expect?
