Top-Right Corner of the screen doesn't close a window

Hi everyone!
First: I'm a very happy KDE-User (Kubuntu 12.10) but there's one thing that bugs me: I'm used to being able to close a maximized window by just zipping to the top right corner of the screen, click, and the window closes. Said differently: The top-right corner of the screen IS the close button.
At the moment my KDE behaves differently: The top-right corner of the screen is used for resizing the window (just like the window would behave if it were not maximized), so i have to aim pretty carefully to hit the close button.
What can i do to change this?

Best wishes and thanks in advance,
Hauke

System Settings -> Window Behavior -> Window Behavior -> Moving -> uncheck "Display borders on maximized windows".

As far as I know, it also depends on your window decoration. With the default Oxygen you can close your windows by clicking in the top-right corner.

Thanks for the answer, it works now.
I used a Mac-inspired theme (because i like the colours ;) ) but Oxygen will do just fine, too.

What about when the window is not maximized? I cannot find any setting to avoid drawing the border on non-maximized windows.

I'll explain what I mean. If you take a window and drag it up near the top corner, it will snap automatically into place. It looks as if it is the same, except that when you click in the top-right corner, all you get is a resize cursor. The snapping effect is very nice -- it keeps things clean -- but in this situation it makes things more confusing, because a few clicks to remember that the window really isn't lined up to the corner, in spite of how it looks.

If you attempt to maximise the window which is "maximised" does that have any effect upon it's size?
