Ok, guys! I found the source of the problem!!!
This last checkbox (Frame buffer, Vertex buffer and Always use buffer swapping)

!!!should be checked!!!
If i check out them, i have my problem with tearing.
And now the question:
Where is this options (Frame buffer, Vertex buffer and Always use buffer swapping) in kde? If there is not, please add them.

@brothermechanic: that's a screenshot from Compiz. It has a different implementation and it works differently. Even if we had the same option it would not say anything about what the outcome would be. That said: the upcoming 4.11 has a completely reworked OpenGL stack

I SOLVED tearing error on my computer!!!
I compiled kwin with this patch
