adding Mypaint

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, but I have been searching everywhere for this answer.
I just downloaded Kde for windows 4.10.
I was hoping that mypaint 1.1 might be installed.
Can Mypaint 1.1 be added in the download for kde for windows?

Myself and many many artist would be overjoyed if this is possible.

Mypaint is not a KDE app so the answer would be no
