Fullscreen video controls with auto-hiding panel

Yes, in a fullscreen video, the cursor changes to a 'Nothing to do here' cursor when over the area that would trigger the blue effect. The cursor is a 'You can click here' cursor everywhere else.

Looked into it, it's a bug in plasma/shell/panelview.cpp which just exits early when there's _any_ fullscreen window, leaving the huge input trigger in place, occluding 30px of the fullscreen window.

I'll test a patch and link the review request here.

Ah, I didn't find that bug when I searched around for an answer! Thanks for pointing it out for me. I'll keep an eye on it to see if a fix gets done

I still have this problem in Linux Mint 17.1 64 bit KDE.
