I am new to KDE, and trying to get familiar with it.
I am teaching using a notebook computer with stylus, like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJ-oVO6wgQk

For the Mouse Mark effect: I would like to see if there is possible that the draw function could be a combination of + Left Mouse Click to activate drawing, and then releasing the mouse button would stop drawing the line.

Moved to the KWin forum, which should help getting an answer here.

you can only change to keyboard shortcuts, we unfortunately do not support mouse button shortcuts.

For KWin/Wayland I already implemented it.

In fact that specific part is not yet merged into the master branch... I have to kick me to do that.
