i have a problem: i must reset Kwin instead of compiz with konsole... how i can do this??

Try kwin --replace

i've tried it while i was using fluxbox but this is the output

Kwin: it seems that there is already a window manager running. Kwin not started.

..so i had rebooted the system and then i tried with the textual log-in but the outpot is this:

kwin: cannot connect to X server

....What's wrong?

You need to run the full "kwin --replace", just running "kwin" will produce the first error.
