In System Settings -> Workspace Behavior -> Virtual Desktops -> Shortcuts

there are actions for "Switch One Desktop to the Right" and "Switch One Desktop to the Left". When used in combination with Desktop switching animations like "Slide" or "Cube", the animation direction is not consistent depending on which desktop you are on.

Specifically, with two desktops, moving from 1 -> 2 slides windows from right-to-left regardless of which shortcut you activate. Similarly, moving from 2 -> 1 slides windows from left-to-right regardless of which shortcut was activated.

The results are just confusing navigation. If I want to "Switch One Desktop to the Right", I don't expect to move left, even if the desktop indices are wrapping.

Unfortunately the animation system doesn't know that you pressed the "to Left" or "to Right" shortcut. All it gets is from 1 to 2.
