Is there a way to quickly activate window based on typing it's name which works like Alt + F2 for running applications?
Something more convenient than just assigning keyboard shortcut or using Alt + TAB.

Alt+F2. Just type in the name of a window and you will get an entry to activate that window. The "Windows" runner has to be activated in KRunner's settings of course, but it should be by default. You can also set up a keyboard shortcut to show KRunner with _only_ the "Windows" runner active in KDE's "Global Shortcut" settings (component "Run Command Interface"). And then there's also the window list plasmoid, which you could add to your panel/desktop and assign a keyboard shortcut to it. When this is activated, you can choose the window with the cursor keys or by pressing the underlined letter.
