No focus stealing prevention - improper virtual desktop

When the focus stealing prevention is set to none KDE start with the last virtual desktop instead of the first. I do not save the last session and always save the new.

The reason why I set no focus stealing prevention is that GVim is not brought forward when a new file is opened in a new tab in already existing GVim instance.

Can something be done about it?

W/o focus stealing prevention several (default) things (plasmoids?) might alter the virtual desktop at will (by activating themself on a VD)

=> Keep a sane FSP level (low) and make a special window rule for gvim w/ FSP forced to "none"
