I am confused totally by how setting either (or both) 'Special Window / Application Settings' under 'More Actions' from the RH menu obtained from clicking on the window title bar is designed to work exactly.

Each offering .. ie either Window or Application settings offer exactly the same properties that can be set ... i cannot work out by trial and error just what takes precedence or what affects what ... what is actually meant by the term 'Window' or 'Application' ..... Some windows/applications will accept both settings .. others will force just one .. and others don't seem to remember just what i have set????

If somebody could either clear this up for me or point me to where i might be able to decipher how to use this feature, i would be most appreciative.
