I'm using Linux Mint 17.3 LTS, and I want to know what is the Absolute path for the Window decorations theme.

#2 This is a KDE user forum - the distribution version (Linux Mint 17.3 LTS) only tells something to the Mint users. Please tell the KDE/Frameworks/Plasma versions: https://www.kde.org/applications/system/kinfocenter/

For 17.3 I believe they are:
/usr/lib/kde4/ for native decorations
/usr/share/kde4/apps/kwin/decorations/ for aurorae themes
