I have maui 2 with plasma 5.8.5

-Start steam client (the one that you download games)
-Wait for "Connecting Steam account: xxx" to appear
-Drag mouse to a corner to use "active screen edge" to display "grid display"
-freeze
-Go to tty1 and use htop command
-kwin_x11 use 100% cpu
-Wait for sometime until kwin_x11 stop using 100%
-ctrl+alt+F7
-Stop freezing and the steam store page appear
-Happen almost every time
-Not tempting to use grid display when starting steam

Which log file should I look for? Any suggestion?

Guys? Any idea? I am willing to supply nesseary info. Any place I can look for?

Any idea guys? I believe there is a fix. First person to reply this gets to marry me.

I have the same trouble, seems there is a bug with Desktop Grid
I hope it gets resolved soon by the KDE guys
