Hi...so whenever I have two monitors running, all windows pop in the secondary monitor, which makes it frustrating dragging them back to the main one. Even more frustrating if the secondary monitor (my TV) is off, so I have to turn it back on to find the windows that still decide to pop there.

My Primary display is set as such in Display and Monitor, but it has no effect. Is there a way to force all new windows to pop into the main screen?
