Hiding snap lines when moving windows

Mon Sep 11, 2017 10:25 pm
I love the window tiling/snapping features in plasma, BUT anytime that I drag a window around, thick gray grid lines appear across the screen corresponding to different snap zones, in each corner and one in the center. Is there any way to hide those lines?

I would've expected to find it in:
System Settings > Window Management > Window Behaviour > Moving
but it isn't there.

Running Plasma 5.10.5 with 4.12.12-1-ARCH

Try this:

System Settings > Desktop Behaviour > Desktop Effects
Uncheck "Snap Helper"
