(I posted this on reddit the other day but go no responses so I am posting it here again)

Hi,

i wrote a simple kwin script which works fine.
It has a config dialog but I can't open it cause the icon for it does not show up in the system settings.
I tried several other plugins but they are all missing the icon to open the configuration dialog, which makes me think that it's not my fault.

Last I tried to install the official videowall plugin from git manually and even that one misses the config button.
Funny thing is, the videowall plugin that comes reinstalled has the config button.

I already tried symlinking the meta file to .local/share/kservices5 but that changes nothing.

Here is a screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/R5r6N14.png

Would appreciate some help, cause I am out of ideas.

I am using archlinux.

Cheers
