Hi,
My monitor setup looks like this:

SonyTV is 4K, LG and Philips are both Full HD. My TV is usually off so I want to keep apps from opening right over there. I can either disable/enable monitor but this messes up my whole layout. Windows get moved around and it's a mess. When I enable it back, my 4K Sony TV gets overlapped and it covers my both monitors screens. I have to manually fix the layout and of course all the apps.
I could keep it enabled but sometimes apps open on TV screen. For example games, print screen app(?!), virtualbox vm. It's random. I can make some apps open always on certain position using special kwin window options but it's neverending pain of dealing with every app individually.
This is my options for windows behaviour(I enabled follow pointer): https://imgur.com/a/YSbQby1
What can I do?

My Setup:
Manjaro Linux
Nvidia blobs
