Alright, I'll have a strange problem with window activation for a while now. But now I'm bothered enough to search for a solution.

Setting: KDE Frameworks 5.48.0 and Plasma 5.13.4 on Arch Linux.

Problem: Selecting windows through the plasma window bar does not work reliable. It works almost always. But sometimes I click on an entry, but nothing happens. The entry in the window bar gets visualliy marked as selected (different color), but the window does not show up. I only have one monitor and there is no blocking popup or something like this. This problem only exists for some applications, e.g. CLion and Comodo. All other applications (KDE applications, Firefox, Chromium …) are working fine. After clicking randomly on the different windows it works sooner or later. No problems switching windows via Alt + Tab.

I don't really have an idea what's the problem here. Is it about KWin window management? Any idea how to fix this?
