Hello, I'm a Linux rookie who settled for Kubuntu and KDE after plenty of issues with Unity. Everything's working fine and smooth, except for one odd problem I have: When launching a Love2D or Amulet window, the new window pops up without the header bar with Minimize, Exit etc, and everything else becomes unresponsive. I can interact with applications running in windows already, start new applications, but I cannot move, hide, show windows, or use the bottom bar to switch between them. If I ctrl+c the Love2d/Amulet process in Konsole, nothing happens; if I do it through ksysguard - the process is killed, the window disappears. The desktop is impossible to use either way.

Running "DISPLAY=:0 kwin --replace" in Konsole seems to fix it, but doing it every time I need to restart Love2D/Amulet is a hassle. Is there anything that can be done?

Additionally, this message gets logged from "DISPLAY=:0 kwin --replace" after the issue has occurred:
Code: Select all
QXcbConnection: XCB error: 3 (BadWindow), sequence: 178, resource id: 69206022, major code: 20 (GetProperty), minor code: 0
