Special Windows Settings no action.

With the latest version (5.14.2) of KDE I can no longer set the size of window via the "Special Window Settings" dialog. In fact I thing no other options works.

Does anyone else face this problem?

Right Click on the window title bar, More Actions, Special Windows Settings.
