I have two screens (notebook & TV), but I only use the external one (TV).
Every time the session starts giving this bug to the Plasma elements, they are in the wrong places on the screen.
It is as if the resolution were TV (1920x1080), but the bars and menus used the resolution of the notebook (1366x768).
To get around I change the resolution of the TV to 1360x768, then go back to 1920x1080, then the bars and menus return to normal display.

I'm having a similar issue with KDE Neon. I want to use my Television as a TV and as my monitor. When I try to use it all of the task bars are off the screen or barely on it. Is there a way to be able to adjust the dimensions of the KDE Neon desktop of the height and width. I love using KDE but it would be even better if it looked correct using a TV as monitor. ???
