Am I right in thinking that if you have 2 screens, kwin will put the app back on the screen it was on when it was closed ?
That being the case how can I 'prefer' one screen over another.

The actual case being :-
I always want OpenBoard to go to the right screen ( which is the Smartboard )
Everything else I want to start on the left screen ( which is the teachers screen )
even if it was closed on the right screen.

This would mean that the teacher has to make the effort to move things over to
be visible to the students and not accidentally show something students shouldn't
see.

Is this possible ?

PS - I can use 'special application settings' to send a particular app where i want it ie the OpenBoard to screen 2 but how do I 'default' everything else
