Hello,

I am currently experiencing some problems with my KDE Plasma Desktop.
Some applications (e.g. Kaffeine, VLC, Kontact) are just unusable, because some UI elements are outside of the windows.

I tested with IceWM on the same mashine, and with it, everything works fine. What is my problem?

I have the same problem with Plasma 5.17.5 on Debian Bullseye. No issue when using Xfce on the same computer.
