Arch/Plasma-5.18.3/KWin/X11/Firefox/vsync

Intel G630
4k resolution
XPS 15 9560
Firefox 76 Nightly

Anyone who can get constant 60 fps on https://www.vsynctester.com/ ?

On Google Chrome it's possible, almost 58+ fps. but not in Firefox. very choppy with compositor on.

If compositor off -> 55+ fps. quite smooth scrolling. but tearing when scroll.

What I've tried,

- KWIN_TRIPLE_BUFFER=1 (no effect)

Code: Select all

KWIN_TRIPLE_BUFFER=0 solved problem. not 1.

Not super smooth. But much better.
