Hello,

first of all, sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place or for my question but I'm facing a strange behaviour dragging full windows from title-bar in KDE.
I mean, dragging a window from the title-bar is not immediate if it is at full screen, the "drag distance" is too much for me. If the window is arranged for example to the edge left/right the drag is almost immediate.

I've already changed the parameters in ~/.config/kdeglobals with the following configuration without results:

[KDE]
StartDragDist=3
StartDragTime=300

How can I change the parameters ?

My configuration is:

Fedora 32
KDE 5.18.5
