I posted this in discussions because I don't have a clue whats going on.
My computer went very slow and saw (top) xorg is doing its 100% CPU thing. It's probably some kind of event rather than the time of day... but I could swear it happened at ~22:40 +/- 30 seconds, 3 days in a row. Here's my journalctl output starting about when xorg started using 100% CPU. I know its very close to the exact timing because the last journalctl entry was 22:30 when I Had full control without any choppiness of plasma. . . . All I can point out from the output below are these errors which could potentially be major issues:

I see this goes on all day, every day so I don't think it's related to the CPU going 100%.

Some more information about your exact Plasma version and distribution as well as your system might be useful...
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

What other output can I get to make this easier? |

how about the output of KInfoCenter?
You mention the Frameworks version, not the Plasma version, KInfoCenter has much better information for us. A not irrelevant system information is RAM and SWAP space sizes, too
