Hello,
I am using wine to be able to use microsoft office in Linux / KDE. In previous KDE version, in order to make windows program work correctly (otherwise program windows always think they are maximized, irrespective of the size) I had to set the following rule: - Launching KDE System settings - Select Window Rules - Click "New..." to create a new Window Rules - Enter the description - Window Class: Regular Expression. I use .*\b(winword.exe|excel.exe|powerpnt.exe|project.exe|visio.exe)\b.* - Check "Match whole window class" - Check on tab "Size & Position" - Check "Full screen": value Forced, No - Check "Ignore Requested Geometry": value Forced, Yes The window rules screen is completely changed now and I do not have a place to set (there is no tab "Size & Position") Check "Full screen": value Forced, No - Check "Ignore Requested Geometry": value Forced, Yes how can I achieve the same result? Moreover in my version of KDE, once a rule is set, it is not possible to either modify it or delete it, this seems a bug Any suggestion? Thank you in advance |
