I find a KWin effect that magnifies window under the cursor.
Is there a KWin effect that magnifies a window?

I am asking this question because wine programs doesn't scale correctly in X11 on HiDPI screen (they do scale on Wayland though).
I hope to repaint the window to 2x size, similar to what Magifier effect does in KWin.
