Hi,
I'm new to the forum. Hope to have found the right place to voice this concern - and to constructively engage in this community.

I think usability could be enhanced:
The Titlebar "lower"-action should deactivate "keep above others" option.

my reasoning:
Titlebars "lower"-action is configured as middle click on my desktop. It indicates a clear intention to move this window out of the way.
Sometimes I [right-click Titlebar] -> [More Actions] -> [Keep Above Others] in order to be able to work in one window, while having another windows content guide my actions in the former. When done I would expect to just middle-click the window-on-top away.

Is this possible to achieve? Has this been adressed already?
I am currently running Devuan (Debian) Stable (Plasma 5.14.5, kf 5.54.0) but consider switching to Testing, once I find enough reasons to do so :)

Please submit this as a wish to the bug tracker for KWin: https://bugs.kde.org

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
