Under 5.20 (Xorg I mean not-wayland) and for miscellaneous necessarily "good" reasons I had the "Tearing prevention (vsync)" option set to Never!

After upgrade to 5.21, this option seems no longer available.

Is there another way to set this under 5.21 ?

BTW, I understand that newest kwin syncs differently (no longer uses timers) and I do agree that it appears much more efficient in preventing tearing.
However, I fear this is being paid by a significant amount of extra context switches (compared to 5.20).
