Hello everyone,
Having a strange issue here today. I'm running arch, and prior to today I was using the latest linux kernel. I decided that I'd rather have the LTS kernel for some stability since this is my desktop workhorse PC- I don't want a kernel update breaking something I need. Problem is, in the process of updating and rebooting several times, I seem to have broken my window decoration icons. As you can see, they are absolutely massive. Those three buttons should not be equal in size to a single firefox tab; they should be maybe half the size. I've checked the settings, Appearance > Window Decorations > Layan (my theme) and the button size is set to "Normal". Even when I set it to "Tiny" they're still huge. What I find interesting however is that the Breeze theme does not suffer from the same problem, but other installed themes such as Sweet or Ant-Dark do. I've tried google. But the only posts I can find are way outdated and/or don't work. What happened? How can I fix this? (and does this question belong in the KWin section?) Thanks |

So to sum up this only happens on third-party themes? You need to report this to the theme authors on store.kde.org, then, we have no influence over this.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Reinstall the aurorae theme and kvantum manager. See what gives.
This realm's name is Maya. And she speaks Hertz. But Ahamkara makes a fuzz about it.
