So title is the question also. I want something similar like the wm folks have.
Sry if the question has been already answered, couldn't find it :-\ .

this has already been asked and answered numerous times on this forum, but here you go:

Right click on the title bar - More Actions -> Configure special Application Settings
In the new dialog choose "Add Property (button at the bottom left) and choose "Virtual Desktop" from the list.
Then you can either use "Remember" or "Force" and select the Virtual Desktop you want it to open in.

FWIW: I have move the post to the KWin section where it belongs.


Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
