I have a nagging issue I can't seem to solve.

I launch an app, but if the app is already launched on a desktop somewhere it doesn't come to the current foreground. I have to search thru the desktops and/or check to see if its buried under other windows to find it.

Is there a setting that would switch me to the desktop with the app and bring the app to the foreground automatically?
