My panel often moves to a different monitor when a log back in after my screen locks automatically after 5 minutes. It moves from my primary monitor to my non-primary monitor. The background also sometimes changes size and leaves black edges on two sides of the picture. It ever happens on reboot, or shutdown only when screen locks automatically.
