When I alt-tab or switch between applications, I'll occasionally get this glitch:

And to fix it I have to switch to TTY2 and switch back, then I'll get a notification from KWin saying desktop effects have been restarted. Sometimes it will look like this instead:

How can I stop this from happening? I have an RTX 3060 Laptop, and I'm using the latest nvidia-driver-525, although it's happened to me on all the nvidia drivers I've used. I'm also on KDE Neon 5.26, but again, this has always been happening ever since I switched to KDE Neon.
