Hello,

Today I am experiencing issues where there are not title bars or close/minimize/maximize buttons, can't alt-tab different windows etc. I was using my computer fine yesterday and did some updates to which issues started today. I am not sure where to go from here.

I Appreciate any help

I had this same problem recently when updating an old OpenSUSE Leap Argon install from Plasma 5.25 to Plasma 5.27.

I solved it by updating libdrm2 from 2.4.107 from the OpenSUSE repos to 2.4.115 from the KDE-Frameworks repo.
