Hey !

Do you know if it is possible to force an application to stay in the workspace that you started it from, even though you moved to a different one before it finished launching ?
I usually work with a set of different tools, on multiple workspace and screen. Right now, I have to wait for each app to fully open before moving to a new screen, otherwise they will all end up on the same one and I will have to move them back manually.

I would like to quickly start my app and go back to doing whatever while they open. Is there a way to prevent this behavior ?

Thanks a lot !

Are you talking virtual workspace or different screen? Anywho...open an app, hit alt+F3, special window stuff, add property, virtual workspace. That's for virtual workspace. For screen it's pretty much the same procedure.

This realm's name is Maya. And she speaks Hertz. But Ahamkara makes a fuzz about it.
