[SOLVED] Kde 4.2 + Kwin effects + Radeon HD 3200 Graphics

Hello, I'm using Kde 4.2 with a Radeon HD 3200 Graphics and the driver fglrx. The open source driver doesn't support 3D in this card.

The kwin desktop effects are not working, ¿Can I make it work?
