When I choose between "Default", "Flexible Grid", and "Regular Grid" in the Present Windows KWin options, the choice is remembered when I call it by Ctrl-F10 or by moving the cursor to the screen corner.
However, when I call it by Alt-Tab, which I find most convenient, it always uses Regular Grid mode, which is the least appealing to me. A very minor glitch, but is there some way to correct it? openSUSE 11.1, KDE 4.2.2. |

Alt+Tab has to be in the regular grid mode otherwise it would be impossible to determine the history order of the active windows by looking at the produced layout. If natural mode was used then when you cycle through the windows they will be highlighted in a seemingly random order and thus difficult to use.

Okay, fair enough. I guess I never have enough windows open to notice the history aspect.
