I have searched but not found an answer!
I'll give an example for easily explain: There're 3 windows are opened, 2 of them belong to the same program. Their placement, such as: Konsole (on top, active) ----> Konqueror (2nd) ----> Konsole (3rd) When I close the active Konsole window (1st window), normally, the Konqueror window will be active. But, actually: Konqueror (on top, inactive) ----> Konsole (is active but placed below the Konqueror window) -------------------------- I use Mandriva 2009.1 Qt 4.5.0 Kde 4.2.2 |

Moved to KWin forum.
Unfortunately I could not reproduce on my KDE Trunk installation. Perhaps check in System Settings > Window Behaviour > Window-Specific, where only one (Default) entry should be present.

I guess it might have been fixed, then, because I get the same odd behavior in KDE 4.3.1.

I still have this problem with KDE 4.3.2 (Mandriva 2010.0). I tested some apps: Konqueror, Kcalc have no problem but Dolphin, Konsole, Opera have. |
