Hi,

Is there a way to run commands before and after locking/unlocking the screen?

The reason I would like to do this is to deactivate compositing before locking the screen and reactivate it afterwards.
This is because of this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/474654

Incidentally, if someone knows about the corresponding KDE bug report or any better solution, please tell me. :)

edit:

Unfortunately, there is no /usr/lib/kde4/libexec/krunner_lock under Kubuntu 9.10...
