How I turn off annoying windows maximization on drag to top?

jks Registered Member Posts 6 Karma 0 OS	How I turn off annoying windows maximization on drag to top? Mon Mar 15, 2010 5:41 pm After a recent update to KDE I noticed that sometimes my windows would be maximized when I drag them around near the top of the screen. Is there any way to turn this off? There doesn't seem to be any setting under "Window Behavior" in System Settings.
