After a recent update to KDE I noticed that sometimes my windows would be maximized when I drag them around near the top of the screen. Is there any way to turn this off? There doesn't seem to be any setting under "Window Behavior" in System Settings.

System Settings -> Desktop -> Screen Edges -> Maximize windows by dragging them to the top of the screen.
