i had read somewhere (don't remember where) that it is possible to "disable" kwin titlebars when maximized by editing its config file. i had done it before, installed the new version of my distro (opensuse 11.3) but now i can't remember how to do it.

i've done a google search & checked all ten pages of this section of the forum but can't find any reference to it.

can anyone tell me the line to modify/add to the config file?

Add this to the group "Windows" in kwinrc (the group starts with [Windows])
Code: Select all
BorderlessMaximizedWindows=true
