I was wondering if anyone else with dual monitors is experiencing this problem. Ever since I upgraded to KDE 4.5 in Kubuntu 10.04, my windows are always opening on Screen 1, even if I start an application or open a folder on screen 2. I have "Active Screen Follows Mouse" set in System Settings -> Window Behavior -> Window Behavior -> Focus, but it no longer seems to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
