Where did KDE 4.6 save cached pixmaps?
Are there any other directories than:
/var/tmp/kdecache-*/kpc/
~/.kde4/cache-*/kpc/

Is there a command which force KDE to rerender all cached pixmaps/icons or to clean them all?

If you wish to clear all KDE caches (even those which don't cache pixmaps) run the following, outside of KDE:

rm -rf /var/tmp/kdecache-$USER/
rm -rf /tmp/kde-$USER/
rm -rf /tmp/ksocket-$USER/
