Resize / Move a window without displaying contents in KDE4 ?

Hi,
The reason that i choose KDE3 years ago was that it supports a similar feature of Microsoft Windows , that while user resize or move a window , it just display a rectangular , how ever KDE4 seems missed that part. Is this feature still available in K4 ? |

Systemsettings → window behaviour → window behaviour → Moving →see options
