Default monitor

I have two monitors and have the following setup in System Settings:

Still, when i just log in and immediately click on Chromium icon (on Quick launch widget) - the window is always opened on the second monitor.

Do you know how to fix this?

So new applications are opening on VGA-0? That would be quite odd.
Is your cursor on VGA-0 (Display 2) by any chance when Chromium is launched?

My quick launch widget is on Display 1 (DVI) - i click on Chromium icon there.

I think the logic is this:
The new application window is opened on the display where active window is. When i log in - VGA "desktop" for some reason is active. When i click a launcher on DVI display - it doesn't become active - plasma panels to do not receive focus (i guess). So the new Chromium window is opened on VGA desktop.

I tried to set Kwin option "Active screen follows mouse" - it solves the issue,

but then i get another problem - the plasma desktop (panels and widgets) appear on VGA and my main (DVI) display is empty.

I have one single virtual desktop.

So i think either there is a bug - after logging in VGA display is active despite DVI being set as main. Or i haven't set all the options...

There is probably a bug in the initialisation of the default screen. Unfortunately, i'm not sure how to solve it. You may need to reconfigure Plasma to fix the issue you are currently having with it and the DVI-0 display.
